No Right to Consent or Vote. Except as permitted under Section 5.4(a)(ii), this Indenture (i) does not authorize the Indenture Trustee to authorize or consent to or vote for or accept or adopt on behalf of a Noteholder a plan of reorganization, arrangement, adjustment or composition affecting the Notes and (ii) does not limit the rights of a Noteholder to authorize the Indenture Trustee to vote on the claim of a Noteholder in the Proceeding.
