NO RESTRICTION ON COLLABORATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. Neither BMX nor GP shall be restricted from entering into any collaboration with any Third Party in the Field or outside the Field (or any portion thereof). Nothing contained in this Section shall independently permit assignment of any rights and/or obligations of this Agreement by any Party in connection with any collaboration.
