No Representations as to Tax Treatment. Neither the Partnership, nor the General Partner, nor any other Oaktree Group Member makes any representation (and shall not be liable to any Limited Partner) as to the tax treatment of allocations or distributions with respect to any Interests under applicable U.S. federal, state or local or foreign tax laws.
