No Representation or Warranty. The parties acknowledge and agree that any transfer to the Transferor or the Servicer of any Repurchased Receivable and Related Rights hereunder shall be made without recourse, representation or warranty of any kind by the Administrative Agent, the Funding Agents or the Owners other than such Repurchased Receivable and Related Rights shall be free and clear of any Lien, or other right or claim in, of or on such Repurchased Receivable and Related Rights, in each case, created by or through the Administrative Agent, such Funding Agent or such Owner.
