Common use of No Recommendation or Endorsement Clause in Contracts

No Recommendation or Endorsement. The Subscriber understands that no federal, state or other regulatory authority has passed on or made any recommendation or endorsement of the Units. Furthermore, the foregoing authorities have not confirmed the accuracy or determined the adequacy of this Agreement or the Memorandum. Any representation to the contrary is a criminal offense.
