Common use of No Purchaser Representative Clause in Contracts

No Purchaser Representative. The Sellers have not authorized any person or institution to act as the Sellers' "purchaser representative" (as such term is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D) in connection with the Sellers' acquisition of the Exchange Shares pursuant to this Agreement.
