Common use of No Publicity Clause in Contracts

No Publicity. Transfer Agent agrees not to disclose the identity of the Fund or its affiliates or any of their directors, officers, managers, employees, consultants or agents as a customer or prospective customer of Transfer Agent or the existence or nature of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Transfer Agent will not use, in advertising, publicity or otherwise, the name of the Fund or its affiliates or any of their directors, officers, managers, employees, consultants or agents or any trade name, trademark, service ▇▇▇▇, logo or symbol of the Fund or its affiliates.
