No Promotion or Marketing of Licensee; Publicity; Media Releases. 18.5.1 The County shall have no obligation to promote, market or advertise, in any fashion, the operations or services of the Licensee. Under no circumstances shall the Licensee state, suggest, or imply, in any fashion, that the County endorses or has endorsed the Licensee’s services.
