The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that its terms and provisions have been negotiated and discussed among them and that it reflects their mutual agreement regarding its subject matter. Therefore, neither party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement nor shall there be no presumption for or against the drafter in its interpretation or enforcement.
