NO PREJUDICIAL OR RESTRICTIVE MEASURES. 1. In the event that a Party has reason to believe that the other Party has introduced prejudicial or restrictive measures based on harmful tax practices to residents or nationals of the other Party, both Parties shall immediately initiate competent authority proceedings to resolve the matter.
