No Posting Sample Clauses
No Posting. Applicable vacancies to be filled by temporary promotion shall not require any job posting. However, the Employer specifically agrees not to undertake a series of temporary promotions, with respect to the same job, to avoid the job posting provisions of this Agreement.
No Posting. The posting of signs, notices, etc. is restricted to certain areas and must be approved by Management.
No Posting. The obligation of confidentiality under this provision shall include, but not be limited to, the obligation to make reasonable efforts to prevent the posting of Confidential Information on a public World Wide Web site.
