No Pending or Future Lawsuits. The Employee represents that the Employee has no lawsuits, claims or actions pending in the Employee’s name, or on behalf of any other person or entity, against the Company or any other person or entity referred to herein. The Employee also represents that the Employee does not intend to bring any claims on the Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity against the Company or any other person or entity referred to herein except, if necessary, with respect to the agreements listed in the last sentence of Section 4 of this Agreement.
