Common use of NO PATENT LICENSES Clause in Contracts

NO PATENT LICENSES. Nothing contained in this Article 3 shall be construed as conferring to either party by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any Patent or applications therefor, whether or not the exercise of any right herein granted necessarily employs an invention of any existing or later issued Patent. The applicable licenses granted by Seller to Purchaser and by Purchaser to Seller with respect to Patents are set forth in Article II above.
