No Partnership or Agency; Ability to Pursue Business Interests. (a) Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to constitute Emerald or Village Farms as the partner, agent or legal representative of the other or to create any fiduciary relationship between them. It is not the intention of the Parties to create, nor shall this Agreement be construed to create, any commercial or other partnership.
