Except for the representations and warranties of Insurer expressly set forth in this Article V, none of the Insurer, any of its Affiliates or any other Person makes any express or implied representation or warranty on behalf of the Insurer or any of its Affiliates with respect to the Insurer, its Affiliates, or the Transactions.
