Information Provided To The Independent Fiduciary. Between the DTFA Execution Date and the execution of the Group Annuity Contract, Insurer and the Insurer Parent shall provide to the Independent Fiduciary any information that (i) is consistent with the type and amount of information provided during the Independent Fiduciary's pre-signing due diligence process, (ii) is otherwise prepared in the ordinary course of business of the Insurer (including any information that is prepared for the purpose of providing information to credit rating agencies) and (iii) relates to the Insurer or Insurer Parent, in each case as may be reasonably requested by the Independent Fiduciary.
