Except for the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement, Linx does not provide STNE and/or StoneCo and DLP with any other express or implied representations or warranties. The representations above are effective as of the present date and will expire on the Closing date of the Transaction, being certain that Linx will have no responsibility for the inaccuracy or incompleteness in relation to such representations and warranties after the Closing date.
