Common use of No Other Payments or Benefits Owing Clause in Contracts

No Other Payments or Benefits Owing. The payments and benefits set forth in this Section 4 shall be the sole amounts owing to Employee upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason. Employee shall not be eligible for any other payments, including but not limited to additional Base Salary payments, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation or benefits. The compensation and benefits set forth in this Section shall be the sole remedy, if any, available to the Employee in the event that he brings any claim against the Company for any claims arising from or relating to the termination of his employment under this Agreement.
