Common use of No Other Interest Clause in Contracts

No Other Interest. Other than the transfer of the Assets to Borrowers under the Sale and Servicing Agreement and Permitted Liens, none of the Borrowers, the Sellers or any of their respective Affiliates has pledged, assigned, sold, granted a security interest in, or otherwise conveyed any of the Assets (unless such interest has been released). None of the Borrowers, the Sellers or their Affiliates has authorized the filing of, or is aware of any financing statements that include a description of collateral covering the Assets other than any financing statement relating to the sale to the Borrowers under the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the security interest granted to the Agent (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) under this Agreement or that has been released or terminated or is a Permitted Lien.
