Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, the Co-Syndication Agents, Agents or the Co-Documentation Agents or other agents listed on the cover page hereof shall will have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder, but all such Persons shall have the benefit of the indemnities provided for hereunder.
