No Other Contract. The Company agrees not to enter into any contract with the bargaining unit members, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such contract will be null and void.

Xxxxxx warrants that he is not bound by any other agreement, oral or written, which would limit or preclude him from performing any responsibility reasonably assigned by Employer hereunder. Xxxxxx also agrees not to disclose to Employer or seek to induce Employer to use, any confidential information, material or trade secret belonging to any other person or entity.

Except as listed below, Employee warrants that (s)he is not bound by the terms of any other agreement, oral or written, which would limit or preclude him/her from disclosing to Employer and/or the Companies any idea, invention, discovery or other information pertaining or related to Employee's responsibilities. Employee agrees to promptly provide Employer with a copy of any and all agreements listed below, and other agreements which may prohibit or restrict his/her employment with Employer. No Other Contract. Buyer shall not contact or correspond with any customer, employee or other Person associated with the business of SWP without the prior written consent of Seller.

Contractor further certifies and warrants that no such Contract will be entered into during the pendency of this Contract.

No Other Contract. The SUPERINTENDENT represents that SUPERINTENDENT is not under contract with any other Board of Education within the State of Nebraska covering any part of or all of the same time of performance as provided for in this contract.
