No Other Contract. Gist warrants that he is not bound by any other agreement, oral or written, which would limit or preclude him from performing any responsibility reasonably assigned by Employer hereunder. Gist also agrees not to disclose to Employer or seek to induce Employer to use, any confidential information, material or trade secret belonging to any other person or entity.
