No Other Claims; No Unlawful Conduct. Executive represents that Executive has not filed or authorized the filing of any complaints, charges or lawsuits against the Company and/or its Affiliates with any federal, state or local court, governmental agency, or administrative agency, and that if, unbeknownst to Executive, any such complaint has been filed on Executive’s behalf, Executive will use Executive’s best efforts to cause it to be withdrawn immediately and dismissed with prejudice. Executive also represents that Executive has not engaged in, and is not aware of, any unlawful conduct in relation to the business of the Company and/or its Affiliates.
