Common use of No Other Capital Stock Clause in Contracts

No Other Capital Stock. Except as set forth on Schedule 2(a) attached hereto (as updated or deemed updated from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Credit Agreement), no Pledgor directly owns any Capital Stock of any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries or any of its first-tier Foreign Subsidiaries

No Other Capital Stock. Except as set forth on Schedule 2(a) attached hereto (as updated or deemed updated from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Credit Agreement), no Pledgor directly owns any Capital Stock of any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower Company or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries or any of its first-tier Foreign Subsidiaries.

No Other Capital Stock. Except as set forth on Schedule 2(a) attached hereto (as updated or deemed updated from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Credit Agreement), no Pledgor directly owns any Capital Stock of any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries or any of its first-tier Foreign (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries).

No Other Capital Stock.
