No Other Amounts. Except as set forth in the First Statement of Work and the Agreement or as provided in the applicable Order, Supplier shall not be entitled to any other form of compensation or reimbursement related to the performance of the Services or for the creation of the deliverables. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, all costs or expenses associated with the tools, equipment, materials, or support staff necessary to perform the Services or create the deliverables shall be borne by Supplier. No increase in fees or rates may become effective without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of SPANSION and the issuance of a revised Order.
