No Other Amounts. Except as otherwise required by law (e.g., pursuant to COBRA) or as specifically provided herein, all of Employee’s rights to Base Salary, severance, fringe benefits and bonuses hereunder (if any) shall cease upon the termination of the Employment Term. Upon termination of the Employment Term, the sole contractual remedy of Employee and his successors, assigns, heirs, representatives and estate shall be to receive the amounts described in Sections 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), and 5(d), as applicable.
No Other Amounts. Executive hereby agrees that except as expressly provided in this Agreement (including any benefits expressly referenced herein as being generally available to Executive), no salary, incentive compensation, bonus, benefits, severance, or other compensation of any kind, nature, or amount shall be payable to Executive and except as expressly provided herein, Executive hereby irrevocably waives any claim for salary, incentive compensation, bonus, benefits, severance, or other compensation.

No Other Amounts. Except as set forth in the First Statement of Work and the Agreement or as provided in the applicable Order, Supplier shall not be entitled to any other form of compensation or reimbursement related to the performance of the Services or for the creation of the deliverables. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, all costs or expenses associated with the tools, equipment, materials, or support staff necessary to perform the Services or create the deliverables shall be borne by Supplier. No increase in fees or rates may become effective without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of SPANSION and the issuance of a revised Order.
No Other Amounts. Other than the payments and benefits provided by Sections 3 through 5 (as applicable) and 8 herein, Employee shall not be entitled to any other compensation, equity interest, profit participation, vested or unvested benefit or any payment of any kind unless approved by the Company in writing.

No Other Amounts. Partner is not owed any amounts other than Referral Fees. Notwithstanding anything else, Referral Fees apply only for Registered Opportunities for which Partner has complied with this Program Plan and not any other Partner-identified leads or opportunities, even if resulting in a sale.
No Other Amounts. The payments and the other things of value provided by the Parties to each other pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute the entire, maximum, and only financial obligation of any of the Parties to the others under this Agreement or otherwise.
