Common use of No Obligation to Deal Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Deal. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx will be under no obligation to execute or otherwise enter into any particular Transaction, or to accept any order. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx need not give any reasons for declining to do so. If Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx declines an order for execution it will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client promptly, but will not be liable for any failure to notify.
