Common use of No Obligation to Approve Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Approve. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to impose any legal obligation on the BOCC or any of its boards, agencies, commissions or employees to approve any development, use, density or intensity other than as provided specifically in this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to impose any legal obligation on the BOCC to accept any other development requests.
