No Maximum Age Sample Clauses
No Maximum Age. Participation in the Plan shall not be discontinued or limited in any way, and the allocation of contributions shall not be decreased because of a Participant's attainment of any age.
No Maximum Age. To the extent the Plan otherwise permits a Participant to make deemed IRA contributions, the Participant may make such contributions regardless of whether the Participant has attained age 70 1/2 or any other age.
No Maximum Age. There is no maximum age limitation on SEP contributions.
