No Liability of Indenture Trustee for Transfers. To the extent permitted under applicable law, the Indenture Trustee (in any of its capacities) shall be under no liability to any Person for any registration of transfer of any Note that is in fact not permitted by this Section 6.5 or for making any payments due to the Noteholder thereof or taking any other action with respect to such Noteholder under the provisions of this Indenture so long as the transfer was registered by the Indenture Trustee and the Note Registrar in accordance with the requirements of this Indenture.
