Common use of No Legal Liability Clause in Contracts

No Legal Liability. Employee agrees that the payments made and other consideration received pursuant to this Agreement are not to be construed as an admission of legal liability by Releasees or any one of them and that no person or entity shall utilize this Agreement or the consideration received pursuant to this Agreement as evidence of any admission of liability since Releasees expressly deny liability. Employer is entering into this Agreement solely for the purpose of effectuating a mutually satisfactory severance of Employee’s employment.
