No Intellectual Property Rights. Neither party acquires any intellectual property or other rights of the other party under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement grants either party any right to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than those stated in this Agreement. Neither party shall make, have made, use, or sell for any purpose any product, service, or other item using, incorporating, or derived from any Confidential information of the other party.
