Common use of No Injunction Clause in Contracts

No Injunction. There shall be no injunction, restraining order or decree of any nature of any court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains or prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for herein.

No Injunction. There shall not be no in effect or threatened any injunction, restraining order or decree of any nature a Governmental Body of competent jurisdiction that prohibits or delays, or seeks to prohibit or delay, consummation of any court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains or prohibits the consummation material part of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for hereinContemplated Transactions.

No Injunction. There shall not be no injunction, restraining order or decree of any nature of any court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains any injunction or prohibits other order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction restraining or prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for hereinAgreement.

No Injunction. There shall not be no injunctionin effect any order, restraining order decree or decree injunction of any nature of any a court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains agency of competent jurisdiction which enjoins or prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for hereinAgreement.

No Injunction. There shall be no (i) injunction, restraining order or decree of any nature of any court or Governmental Authority that is of competent jurisdiction in effect that restrains or prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or (ii) pending action, suit or proceeding brought by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such any Governmental Authority which seeks to restrain the consummation not otherwise provided for hereinof the transactions contemplated hereby.

No Injunction. There shall not be no injunction, in effect any injunction or restraining order or decree issued by a court of any nature of any court or Governmental Authority that is competent jurisdiction in effect that restrains or prohibits an Action against the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for hereinhereby.

No Injunction. There shall be no effective injunction, writ, preliminary restraining order or decree any order of any nature issued by a court of competent jurisdiction prohibiting or imposing any condition on the consummation of any court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains or prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for hereinhereby.

No Injunction. There shall not be no injunctionin effect any judgment, restraining order order, injunction or decree of any nature of any court or Governmental Authority that is in effect that restrains or prohibits the Entity enjoining consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or imposes conditions on such consummation not otherwise provided for herein.

No Injunction.
