No Injunction or Prohibition. No Governmental Body shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Law (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent), including any Law that may be administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Controls (OFAC), that is then in effect and that enjoins, restrains, conditions, makes illegal or otherwise prohibits the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Related Agreements.
