No Increases. Contractor shall not increase the Charges or Maximum Amount due from the Exchange under this Agreement for all Services and Deliverables during the term of this Agreement, except as otherwise specifically permitted in the Agreement. In addition, no cost of living adjustments shall be permitted in the Agreement.
