No Imputed Knowledge. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that with regard to any property in which ▇▇▇▇▇ develops an interest, there shall be no knowledge imputed between Broker and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s licensees or between the different licensees of Broker. Broker and each of Broker’s licensees shall be deemed to have only actual knowledge of such properties.
