The rights and remedies specified in the Terms and Conditions are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law. No course of dealing and no delay or failure of ours, our parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, successors in interest or assigns in exercising any right, power or privilege under the Terms and Conditions or any other agreement in connection with these Services will affect any other or future exercise thereof or exercise of any other right, power of privilege; nor will any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise thereof or of any other right, power or privilege.
