Common use of No Implied License Clause in Contracts

No Implied License. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement is not intended and will not be construed to confer upon either party any license rights to any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of either party hereto or any other rights of any kind not specifically conferred in this Agreement. All right, title, and interest in and to the Technology are and will remain the exclusive property of FundAmerica.
