Common use of No Impairment of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

No Impairment of Mortgage. No default by a Mortgagor under this DDA shall invalidate or defeat the lien of any Mortgagee. Neither a breach of any obligation secured by any Mortgage or other lien against the mortgaged interest nor a foreclosure under any Mortgage shall defeat, diminish, render invalid or unenforceable or otherwise impair Developer’s rights or obligations or constitute, by itself, a default under this DDA.
