No Hiring. During the Non-Competitive Period, Employee will not knowingly (i) hire or attempt to hire any employee of the Company or of any of the Company's subsidiaries or affiliated entities (if any); (ii) assist in such hiring by any other person; or (iii) encourage any such employee to terminate his employment with the Company or any of such subsidiaries or affiliated entities.
