No guaranteed access Clause Samples
The "No guaranteed access" clause establishes that the party is not assured uninterrupted or unrestricted access to a particular service, resource, or location. In practice, this means that the provider reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deny access at their discretion, such as during maintenance, technical issues, or policy violations. This clause primarily serves to manage user expectations and protect the provider from liability in situations where access cannot be continuously maintained.
