Common use of No Guarantee of Continued Employment Clause in Contracts

No Guarantee of Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which are hereby expressly reserved, to terminate the employment of the Participant at any time and for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause, subject to the applicable provisions of, if any, the Participant’s employment agreement with the Company or any Subsidiary that employs the Participant or agreement provided by the Company or any Subsidiary to the Participant that employs the Participant.
