No Fixed Term. Executive's employment with the Employer shall be "at will," and for no fixed term, such that either Executive or the Employer may terminate Executive's employment at any time for any or no reason, with or Without Cause or with or Without Good Reason, by giving notice as provided in Section 3(b) below. Any contrary agreements or understandings between the parties or representations that may have been made to Executive shall be superseded by this Agreement.   • Fixed Term This Agreement is concluded for a fixed term specified in the ‘Contract Term’ section of the Order Form. Neither Party can terminate this Agreement for convenience, however any rights of termination for cause remain unaffected.
