No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming Fast Forward as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit “D” and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1(f).

No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming Fast Forward Jetride as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit “D” and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1(f).

No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming Fast Forward Float as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit “D” and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1(f).

No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming Fast Forward Borrower as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent Lender as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit “D” and or (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1(f)4.1.6.
