Shareholders shall assign any of its rights and/or obligations hereunder to any third parties without the prior written consent from Hxx Xxxx, and Hxx Xxxx shall have the right to assign any of its rights and/or obligations hereunder to any of its designated third parties upon notice to the Existing Shareholders.
