Common use of No Exemption Clause in Contracts

No Exemption. Nothing in this Fixed and Floating Charge shall exempt the Collateral Agent from or indemnify it against any liability which would by rule of law or otherwise attach to it in respect of any act of negligence or wilful default which it may have committed in relation to its duties and/or discretions under this Fixed and Floating Charge.
