No Evergreen. FRANCHISEE shall not include in the terms of customer subscription orders or other service contract with its customers any automatic renewals or extensions, colloquially referred to as "evergreen" clauses, which obligate a customer to take affirmative, prescribed action in order to terminate the subscription order (such as giving written notice within a specified time period before the stated expiration of the subscription order).
