No Duty to Seek Other Employment. Amounts payable to the Employee under this Agreement shall not be reduced by the amount of any compensation received by the Employee from any other employer or source, and the Employee shall not be under any obligation to seek other employment or gainful pursuit as a result of this Agreement.
