No Distribution Upon Dissociation. Unless otherwise determined by the Member, no distributions will be paid to the Member upon the Member’s withdrawal from the Company in connection with a voluntary transfer or assignment of the Member’s entire membership interest in accordance with the provisions of the LLC Law and this Agreement.
