No Deviation. Contractor shall not deviate from the terms and conditions of a Solution Order or Services Order by substitution, deletion, or additions to the Solution, Services or other Deliverables without prior written approval or consent to waiver signed by a duly authorized representative of State or the applicable State Entity. Either party may request or recommend changes by following the change control procedures set forth in this Section 5.
